Happy Monday Beautiful People. Hope everyone has had a great start to their week. Check out this workout that I did this morning.
Exercising is clinically proven to increase endorphins in your brain to make you feel good. Getting in a good workout in the morning before doing any work automatically sets you up for success. I have been working out for the longest. I played basketball from the age 7 or 8 up until in my early 20s so working out and staying in shape has become second nature to me. Not only does the endorphins feel great when you are working out, the feeling of accomplishment after you have finished a workout is the best. There is no better way, in my opinion, to start your day.....well of course praying and meditating is essential to me as well.
The exercise in the video is a common exercise that I do. I really do to switch it up more and I will.
Below are the reps that I did.
Squats: 3 x 10
Leg Curls: 3 x 15 each leg
Lunges: 3 x 15 each leg
Air Squads: 3 x 10
Step Ups: 3 x 10 each leg
